This time, we handled a hook repair for a bracelet.

A BALENCIAGA bracelet.

The customer reported that the hook had broken and was constantly opening. Although the hook in the photo appears closed, it had originally been loose and unable to stay shut naturally. (Apologies for not having a photo of the hook in the open statem(__)m)

Since clasps on bracelets and necklaces are moved every time they are worn, repairs for broken or loose hooks are very common. We can also replace hooks if needed. In this case, because the hook had the brand engraving, we repaired it according to the customer’s request without replacing it.

The hook now opens and closes securely, and the bracelet can be worn without any discomfort ✨
