For Those Considering Size Adjustment for the Première

The CHANEL Première features a distinctive chain design (woven bracelet structure) that symbolizes the brand.

Because of this unique construction, it is fundamentally different from ordinary rings or chain bracelets, and size adjustment requires advanced, specialized techniques.

As far as we can confirm within Japan, LA CHOU CHOU is currently the only workshop offering belt size adjustment for the Première.

We receive repair requests from customers all over the world (shipping costs borne by the customer), and with our extensive experience and specialized expertise, you can trust us to handle your watch with confidence

Leather Cord Replacement Is Required

Due to the internal structure of the Première, the leather cord that runs inside the chain must always be replaced when performing a size adjustment.

◇ Two Types of Replacement Leather Cords Available

・ Genuine leather cord
・ Aftermarket (custom-made by our shop) leather cord

Our aftermarket leather cords are made to match the genuine ones in leather type, color, width, thickness, and weaving method.
Although they are not official genuine parts, they are manufactured to the same specifications.

Because they help keep costs down, many customers choose the aftermarket leather cord option.

Estimated Turnaround Time

     ・ 3–7 days:
Belt size reduction, battery replacement, leather cord replacement

     ・ Approximately 2 weeks:
Belt size increase, re-plating work
