Today, we’d like to introduce a repair service for one of CHANEL’s most popular timepieces – the Première watch ⌚
This request came from a customer in Tokyo, and we handled it via delivery service 🚚 We accept repairs by delivery from all over Japan and overseas(shipping costs borne by the customer), so even if you live far away, please feel free to contact us! This repair included three services:
1. Complete Overhaul
2.Bracelet Size Adjustment (from M to S)
3.Replating the Bracelet
When adjusting the bracelet size, it is necessary to replace the leather cord during processing. You can choose between genuine CHANEL leather or a custom-made alternative. Our custom leather cords are crafted to match the original in type, color, width, thickness, and weave, so while not genuine, they are virtually identical and more cost-effective—making them the more popular choice.

The customer originally wore it in her 30s, and it had been unused for several decades.
The Première, first released in the 1980s, is regaining popularity thanks to the retro trend ✨ This customer requested a size adjustment and overhaul to pass it down to her daughter.We often see customers bringing in watches to hand down from mother to daughter or grandmother to granddaughter 😊

We removed the leather cord from the bracelet ⇩ You can clearly see the discoloration once the cord is removed.
After replating, it looks this beautiful ✨✨
Even the inside of the clasp⇩
which had tarnished, is now completely clean✨
The Finished Look⇩
We resized the bracelet from M to S, removing two links from the 6 o’clock side.
Final length: approx. 15.5 cm.
The leather cord replacement, battery change, and overhaul were all completed, restoring the watch to a condition where it can be cherished again ⌚
