This time, we would like to introduce a repair case for a CHANEL Première watch⌚. The request came from a customer in Funabashi City, Chiba, who sent the item to us by delivery.

The Première we received was size L, with a total length of about 18 cm. From here, we resized it down to S size.
Along with the size adjustment, we also performed replating on the bracelet and replaced the scratched crystal.
We also handle simple repairs such as battery replacement only or overhaul only.

【Finished result】
The watch has been resized from L to S.
We removed two links from the 12 o’clock side and two links from the 6 o’clock side.
The length is now shortened by about 2 cm⇩
The crystal has been replaced and looks beautiful again ⌚✨
After replating, the bracelet looks shiny and new✨
Over time, gold plating tends to peel or discolor.
By replating the bracelet, it can instantly look like new again—highly recommended!
When we delivered the finished watch back to the customer, they kindly sent us a photo wearing it along with the message:
“The size is perfect and the finish is beautiful. I’m very satisfied.”

Most of the items brought to us are pieces that have been repeatedly declined elsewhere and nearly given up on.

Thanks to word-of-mouth from our customers, our Première resizing service is now well-known, and we handle about 20 repairs per month.
Most of these are sent to us by delivery.
