This time, we would like to introduce a repair case for the popular CHANEL J12 Chronograph watch ⌚

After an inquiry via LINE, we received this request by mail-in delivery from a customer in Nagoya City 🚚

The Chanel J12 is made with ceramic, which gives it an exceptionally beautiful appearance.

However, it is also known for being prone to certain issues, such as:

・ Ceramic breakage
・ Wear of pins and metal parts
・ Loose buckles
・ Wobbling links

In particular, ceramic has the characteristic of being highly scratch-resistant but vulnerable to impact, making it more likely to crack or chip if dropped.
As a result, part replacement is not uncommon.

In this case, the watch had been dropped, causing a section of the ceramic to chip. (´;ω;｀)

There were two damaged areas on the ceramic bracelet⇩

The area circled in pink became apparent only after removing the bracelet.
Originally, the repair request covered only the red-circled area, but after contacting the customer, we decided to repair the pink-circled damage as well.

Although communication with customers who live far away is done without meeting in person, we always strive to ensure they feel secure and well-informed.
