Mail-In Jewelry Reform from a Customer in Hokkaido

Today, we would like to introduce a jewelry reform project in which two platinum rings owned by our customer were melted down and transformed into a single new pinky ring.

The customer lives in Hokkaido, and from the initial inquiry to the final delivery, all communication was handled via LINE and our worldwide mail-in service.

At the time of inquiry, the customer was still deciding on the final design.

Should the ring be a few millimeters wide?
Since it would be worn daily, would a matte finish be better?
Or should it have a polished finish to fully enjoy the beauty of platinum?

Because this reform involved melting down cherished rings to create a new one, it was only natural for the customer to feel uncertain.

Since the customer requested a slim pinky ring, a small amount of platinum remained after melting.

The remaining material was credited as a trade-in.
