We would like to introduce some of our regular repair cases for CHANEL’s Première watches, which have become a staple at our store.
Although there are many types of Première watches, the majority of repairs we receive are for the first-generation Première✨

When you request a size adjustment from the brand, they typically replace the entire strap rather than simply adjusting it.

Currently, we handle about 20 cases per month, receiving Première watches from all over Japan via delivery.
We are confident in our ability to repair Première watches, so if you are considering a repair, please feel free to contact us.

Many customers mention that the watch they are having repaired was passed down from their mother or grandmother, which shows that the first-generation Première is still loved nationwide and worldwide✨
The resale value of these pre-owned watches has also been rising, truly making them a timeless timepiece! ⌚

We also accept repairs for the reissued version released in 2022.
Since it has only been three years since its release, overhauls, re-plating, and leather strap replacements are generally not urgent yet. However, we do perform strap size adjustments, so please feel free to reach out 😊

This time, the Première watch was sent via delivery from Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
It is currently an M size and will be repaired to increase the strap to XL size.

The customer contacted us through LINE. If you send photos of your watch, repair details, and your name via LINE or email, we can provide a free estimate and delivery time. For those living far away or unable to visit the store, please feel free to reach out.

The added links are genuine parts.

Please note that for size adjustments, replacing the leather strap is required.
You can choose between a genuine strap or an aftermarket strap.
Our aftermarket straps are specially ordered by us and use the same leather type, color, width, thickness, and weaving as the original. While they are technically aftermarket, they are identical to the genuine strap and are popular because they are more cost-effective.

In this case, only the size adjustment and leather strap replacement were performed, but we also offer battery replacement, strap re-plating, and overhauls. If you visit our store, we can provide an accurate estimate and delivery time on the spot.

Reference Delivery Times:

Strap size reduction, battery replacement, leather strap replacement: 3–7 days
Strap size increase, re-plating: about 2 weeks
