Today, we’d like to introduce a repair case for a CHANEL Première watch.
At our store, we accept repairs even when the manufacturer or other shops have deemed them impossible.
This time, we received the watch from a customer in Tokushima Prefecture ⌚
The customer contacted us via LINE, requesting a size adjustment and battery replacement, and we handled the entire process through LINE and delivery service.
It turns out that this watch was a gift, but it didn’t fit, so it had been sitting unused in a drawer for a long time 😱
What a waste for such a beautiful timepiece! 💦 We’re so glad the customer found us 😊
From now on, this watch will no longer collect dust in a drawer! We will repair it to match the customer’s needs perfectly.

The total increase is approximately 2 cm. Please note that for replating the strap, size adjustment is required due to the process.
The watch had stopped running while it was stored after the battery replacement. When this happens, it usually indicates an issue with the movement inside. After confirming with the customer, we also performed an overhaul.
An overhaul involves disassembling the movement and replacing necessary parts.
As a side note, when sending a watch to the manufacturer for repair, they often include unnecessary services, such as a full overhaul, in a “complete service” package — which can make the repair very expensive.
At LA CHOU CHOU, we only perform necessary repairs. If additional repairs are required, we confirm with the customer before proceeding. 😊
