Mail-In Repair Process

(1) Please send photos of your jewelry via email or LINE.

(2) We will provide an estimated quote. Once you review the details and are satisfied with the price, please ship the item to us.

(3) After receiving the item, we will issue a final quote. Once approved, we will begin the repair.

(4)After the repair is completed, the item will be carefully packaged and returned to you.

If you are considering resizing or repairing rings or other jewelry, please feel free to contact LA CHOU CHOU. (All estimates are provided free of charge.)
