We received a repair and resizing request via LINE from a customer living in Ibaraki Prefecture.
The item we received was a BVLGARI (Bvlgari) B.zero1 ring.
This ring features a four-band spiral design, but as you can see from the photo, the internal spring had become misaligned 💦 Along with repairing the spring, we were also asked to resize the ring ✨

The spring has been repaired and securely fixed, so the ring can now be worn without any shifting or looseness!
