This time, we would like to introduce a repair case involving an engagement ring reshaping, loose stone repair, and chain re-plating. Occasionally, we receive inquiries asking whether we can repair jewelry that wasn’t purchased at our store. The answer is of course, yes! ✅

We re-set the diamond on an engagement ring where the stone had come loose. The ring is made of Pt900.

Dirt tends to accumulate even on the underside of the stones set in rings. By removing the stones, cleaning them, and re-setting them, the sparkle changes dramatically!
