At our store, we generally recommend visiting us directly for repairs, processing, and custom jewelry creation. This is because it’s important for us to examine your item in person to confirm various conditions and explain the details accurately.

However, for certain special repairs or custom-made items, local jewelers or manufacturers may not be able to accommodate such requests. Therefore, we also accept items from customers living far away via delivery service.
Please read the following notes carefully before using this service.

・About Estimated Quotes

We cannot give a final quote without actually examining the item. Because there are many factors that cannot be judged from photos alone, any estimate we provide is based on past examples or reasonable assumptions.

The repair or processing method may vary greatly depending on various conditions such as:

　・ Material and design of the item
　・ Presence, type, and size of stones
　・ Stone setting method
　・ Processing technique
　・ Presence or type of engravings
　・ Presence or condition of plating
　・ Presence and depth of scratches
　・ Degree of damage

Therefore, the estimated amount may change significantly after we inspect the actual item.

・About Ring Resizing

If you do not know your ring size or are unsure what size you should adjust it to, we offer ring gauge rentals for customers who wish to measure accurately. Please let us know if you would like to borrow one.

・Notes on Processing

Please include a note or memo describing your requested repair or modification along with your item in the package. If you have any additional requests or preferences, feel free to let us know.

We always strive to meet our customers’ expectations as closely as possible. However, please note that depending on the availability of parts, repairs may involve:

　・ Replacing parts (if available)

　・ Restoration work, part fabrication, or handcrafted repairs (if parts are unavailable)

Although we handle complex repairs that are often declined by other stores or manufacturers, there may still be cases where we cannot fully meet your request.

If you require 100% reproduction, complete restoration, or the same quality as a brand-new or mass-produced item, we kindly ask that you refrain from using this service.

・Process After Shipment

　1. Once your item arrives, we will contact you within one business day via LINE or email to inform you of the processing fee, completion time, and other details.
　2. Work will begin only after you approve the repair or processing quote.
　3. Payment: After you approve, we will provide payment instructions. (Credit card payment is available for orders above ¥30,000 before tax.)
　4. Once payment is confirmed, we will notify you.
　5. After processing and payment confirmation, your item will be shipped back to you.

💡 Estimates are free of charge.
However, in some cases, a paid estimate may apply, for example:

　・ When the watch overhaul requires manufacturer support due to unavailable parts
　・ When special repairs or production require extra time for evaluation

If you decide to cancel after receiving the quote, your item will be returned by cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.). Normally, we return items within three business days, but in cases involving manufacturers, it may take 1–2 weeks.
Please note that you cannot specify the return carrier.

・About Telephone Inquiries

We do not accept repair or quote inquiries by phone.
This is because our LINE, email, phone, and workshop staff are not always the same person, and we handle a large number of items from all over Japan. To prevent any misunderstanding or trouble, we kindly ask that all customers using our delivery service communicate through LINE or email, so that records can be kept and the process remains clear even if the person in charge changes.
