About 10 years ago, we were likely the first in Japan to begin offering resizing services for the Première.

Fine Adjustments to Achieve Your Perfect Fit
We received an inquiry via LINE from a customer living in Nakano, Tokyo.
After consultation, the watch was sent to us by mail.
This Première was inherited from her mother.
At the time of inquiry, the customer was unsure whether to select the M or S size.
After asking her to measure her wrist, we recommended the MS size.
We can adjust your watch to standard factory sizes such as M or S, or provide more precise sizing such as MS to better match your exact wrist measurement.

Condition at Time of Arrival (M Size)
At first glance, the watch looked perfectly fine.
Upon closer inspection, the metal bracelet has become discolored.
Once the leather cord was removed, the discoloration became clearly visible.
After re-plating…
The bracelet regained its beautiful shine ✨✨
If your bracelet has significant discoloration, re-plating can restore it to like-new brilliance.
When resizing the bracelet, replacement of the leather cord is required due to the processing involved.
You may choose between:
・ Genuine (original) leather cord
・ Aftermarket leather cord (custom-ordered by our shop)
Our aftermarket leather cord is specially made to match the original in material, color, width, thickness, and weaving style.
Although it is not officially branded, it is visually and structurally identical.
Because the aftermarket option reduces costs, it is currently the more popular choice.
Finished Result
We removed one link from the 6 o’clock side and successfully resized the watch from M to MS.
A full overhaul service was also completed.
Please note that when adjusting to MS size, the bracelet orientation at the 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock sides will be reversed.
After delivery, the customer contacted us saying, “The size fits perfectly!”
Sizing is always a delicate matter, as personal preference plays a big role.
We are truly happy to hear when customers feel it “fits just right.”
For reference, this customer’s wrist measurement was 13.4 cm.
