The case we’re sharing today is a GUESS chain bag ⇩
We received an inquiry via LINE from a customer living in Machida, Tokyo, and the bag was sent to us by delivery 🚚
The original chain length was about 113 cm.
The customer requested, “Please remove 20 links,” so we carefully cut and removed 20 links from the chain.
After the repair
We shortened the chain by about 15 cm
(from approx. 113 cm → 98 cm).
The chain has been firmly welded back together, so you can rest assured of its strength and durability 😌
Now the chain length issue has been solved! We hope the customer can enjoy carrying the bag comfortably, free from the frustration of a chain that’s too long ✨
